Appointments, Payments, and Refunds
The following terms apply to consulting sessions and all purchases made on this site.

Rescheduling Policy: If you wish to reschedule a consulting session, you must inform us at least 2 business days before the scheduled appointment.

No-Show and Lateness Policy: If you do not arrive for your consulting session, it will be considered conducted. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session without informing us beforehand, our consultant will exit the meeting room, and the session will be marked as conducted.

Refund Policy: We operate a no refund policy. This is because work is conducted immediately after your purchase, which includes preparing for consulting sessions or providing access to digital products and support materials.

Exceptional Refunds: In exceptional cases, we may consider a partial refund if requested IMMEDIATELY after purchase. Any such refunds are granted at our sole discretion and will be subject to a minimum administrative fee of $10 USD plus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment processor, Stripe.
Support for Purchased Materials
Any digital materials purchased from our site, including ebooks, guides, or video courses, include support from a living person.
By default, your purchase includes 7 days of support, beginning on the date of purchase. If any part of the materials is unclear, please do not hesitate to contact us via the CONTACT page. We will do everything in our power to help you out.
Support is available only to the user who paid for the materials and relates strictly to the content covered within those purchased materials. If you wish to receive help regarding matters outside the scope of your purchase, you will need to buy a separate consulting session.
