  1. Initial Consultation: We begin with an initial consultation, either in person or through a virtual meeting. During this session, we discuss your objectives, challenges, and aspirations. This allows me to gain a deeper understanding of your unique situation.

  2. Goal Setting and Assessment: We go through the goal-setting process together. We first evaluate your strengths, weaknesses, and preferred learning styles; next, we clarify your short-term and long-term objectives, ensuring they are realistic. 

  3. Creating a Customized Plan: Based on our discussions and assessments, I develop a customized coaching plan adjusted to your needs. This plan outlines the areas of focus, milestones, strategies, and tools we will utilize throughout the coaching journey.

  4. Coaching Sessions: We engage in regular coaching sessions, that can take place over the phone or through video conferencing, depending on your preference form. During these sessions, we discuss your progress, explore challenges, set action steps, and most importantly – I teach you new skills and strategies.

  5. Accountability and Progress Monitoring: We remain in touch throughout the whole coaching process. I provide ongoing support and hold you accountable for taking action toward your goals. You can ask me questions using a real-time communicator whenever you encounter any challenges or dilemmas.

  6. Closure and Reflection: As we approach the end of the coaching process, we will engage in a closure session to reflect on your progress and lessons learned. We will also explore strategies for maintaining the changes made and discuss any additional support you may need beyond the coaching relationship.

To put it simply, I work with a diverse range of clients, including novice solopreneurs, meditation enthusiasts, world-class athletes, and serious investors – however, the key prerequisites I expect from my clients are hard work, dedication, a serious mindset, and the ability to self-reflect.
