General
- By using the site you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- We use cookies for remarketing purposes and we share the data with Facebook and Google services such as Pixel and Analytics
- All the instructions provided are for informational purposes only, the client utilizes this information on their own responsibility
- It is the client’s responsibility to take care of their safety and health

Payments & Fees
- Payments are processed via Stripe – a secure payment platform
- We operate on a no-refund policy because preparing the materials and information necessary to conduct individual sessions takes time and effort
- When booking a live session, you will be contacted at the given email address to complete the purchase within 7 days of receiving your payment. If we fail to do so, you are entitled to a full refund.
- The minimum commitment period for my standard-tier ongoing coaching program is 6 months. Committing to the program means that you agree to the T&Cs and you will be obliged to continue for at least 6 months before you can resign.
- Downgrading or terminating your plan is only possible after the initial 6-month period has passed
- If you want to terminate your subscription or downgrade your plan (assuming the 6-month contract period has already ended), you must let us know at least 1 month in advance. If you fail to do so and inform us less than 1 month in advance, your subscription will be terminated/downgraded after the next payment. This is because, in the ongoing month, we are already working on the strategies that are to be implemented in the following period.
- Standard-tier ongoing monthly coaching is a subscription-based service that grants you access to the individually agreed amount of consulting sessions and additional support per month. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.
- The website content is protected by copyright. The fee for using my content without permission is $10,000 per piece of content. A single article, single product description, or single page is counted as 1 piece of content.
Mentorship
- Mentorship is a fixed-term (usually 12-week) premium service paid in advance that includes constant support, regular mentorship calls, and an individually designed growth strategy. In a nutshell, it is a “do-it-with-you” approach with V.I.P. support.
- The starting date can be postponed for up to 4 weeks from the initially agreed term which by default is the first Monday counting from the moment of making the payment unless agreed otherwise
- In case of extreme, unforeseen events (e.g. accident leading to a prolonged hospital stay), the program can be paused for up to 3 months after providing sufficient proof (unless agreed otherwise) but it’s the client’s responsibility to inform us about the case and agree on the details
- We will start preparing your strategy straight away after receiving the funds meaning there is no turning back once the decision is made (no-refund policy)
- We will prove all the support you will need to complete the process but it is your responsibility to do your homework and make it work. Nothing gets done by itself.
- It is the client’s responsibility to attend consulting sessions on time and regularly provide us with feedback (weekly reports and daily questions). Unused sessions will NOT roll over to the next month. This means if you miss your session without informing us about the case and rescheduling it at least 24 hours prior, you will NOT get an extra one. Also, if you stay quiet for the entire month without providing any reports, you will NOT get an extra month of support.
Other Products & Services
- All purchased materials such as e-books, training templates, etc., are to be considered mini-courses with live tutor support. Each product includes individual support for 7 full days counting from the moment of the transaction, therefore if any advice covered in the materials seems unclear, you can reach out to us via the contact form and you will be granted support from a live tutor. After the support period ends, you can still ask your questions on our Facebook group and we will aim to do our best to help you out.
- The support granted upon purchasing training materials covers only explaining the information provided within the acquired products. If you want to ask about exercise substitutes and other forms of exercise progression, you will have to book a consulting session or join my coaching program.
- If you want to rebook a live session, you can do so up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late without letting us know, We will mark the appointment as a no-show and your session will be lost.
- If we happen to be more than 15 minutes late to your session, you are entitled to an extra session free of charge (in addition to the session already conducted)
- We have a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive behavior. Any physical and/or verbal abuse during a live session will result in a warning in the first instance, followed by termination of the current session (without a refund) if the behavior continues.
- By booking a rehab session, you confirm that you have consulted your GP and there are no medical contraindications (e.g. blood vessel or heart conditions, skin conditions, tumors, etc.) for you to participate in sports massage treatments and rehab training sessions
- Manual therapy techniques such as sports massage release techniques, IASTM, dry cupping, etc. can cause some pain during the execution and leave you with bruises for a couple of days after the treatment. These reactions are completely normal as this is the way these tissues respond to pressure. By booking the session, you acknowledge this fact and agree with it.
- By joining our coaching program, you confirm that you have consulted your GP and there are no medical contraindications for you to participate in strenuous physical exercise. If you are suffering or have suffered in the past from any injuries that could affect your training now, you are obliged to inform us about it during the initial consultation.
- If any of the exercises are causing discomfort, you should lower the intensity and/or volume to a point where they can be executed comfortably. On the other hand, if they are causing you pain, you are to cease this exercise immediately and move on to the next one.
- If there are any issues with the exercises prescribed (including pain and/or discomfort), use the emergency contact option and provide with us accurate and extensive information via the specified communication channel. Upon reading your message, we will aim to immediately prepare a solution for you.

Log Files
primexaos follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, primexaos uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.
