This is a 12-week, highly intensive, strength accelerator training programme. It is designed for fully committed individuals who are willing to do whatever it takes to maximise their athletic performance.

During the course, I will personally teach you how to optimize your lifting technique, nutrition, and lifestyle to get maximum results with minimum effort. You will learn how to lift heavy weights correctly, what to eat to support your recovery, and how to adapt your lifestyle to amplify the results.

I will take your training to the next level.

You will have to put the effort not only in the gym but also outside of it. You will be asked to send videos of your lifts every week and comprehensive reports at the end of each training block. We will go over your technique in detail over a voice call and correct it, so you can get the most out of your training.
