The whole programme is structured into 3 x 4-week training blocks. Each mesocycle will include a deload to ensure you enter the new one completely fresh and ready for action.

We will start off with an initial voice consultation. You will send me the videos of your lifts and we will go over your technique in detail over a voice call. I will give you cues and tweak your form, to make sure you get the most benefit out of it.
You will receive a custom training routine and clear instructions regarding progression. The routine will be tailored to your needs, goals, and equipment. To put it simply – I will create the program from scratch, strictly for you.
The program will be designed for a specified period, after which you will blast out new PRs and obliterate your weaknesses!
